Do I have to use you?

No. There is no contract on the first call. If you decide to walk away, you walk away. We only get paid if you close on a home you are happy with.

Why not just go to the builder directly?

The reps you meet at the model home work for the builder, not you. We negotiate against them every week. We almost always get you better pricing, more incentives, and things thrown in that you would not get walking in alone. The rule of thumb in new construction: never walk in by yourself.

Are you a real licensed brokerage?

Yes. Cruces New Homes is operated by a licensed New Mexico real estate brokerage based in Las Cruces. Brokerage details are in the footer. We have been selling new construction in Las Cruces for eight years.

I am not in Las Cruces yet. Can you still help?

Absolutely. About one in three of our buyers are relocating from out of state. We do video tours, hold homes, and coordinate closing remotely. You only need to fly in for the final walk-through if you want to.

I have a home I need to sell first.

Common situation. We will tell you which builders accept contingent offers and which timelines actually work. If you need a referral to a great agent in your current city, we can do that too.

What if I am just starting to look?

Perfect. The earlier we know what you are looking for, the better our weekly new home list gets for you. No pressure, ever. We send the best matches and you move when you are ready.

Is this Zillow or one of those lead sites?

No. We are a small Las Cruces team that personally answers every lead. There is no call center. The first conversation will be with our team, not a stranger from out of state.
